In 2020, Walkthrough Travel hosted our inaugural trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, where we brought together 12 amazing Black travelers from around the country to create memories that will last a lifetime. The trip was filled with great reviews and viral moments, inspiring us to host trips regularly each year moving forward, allowing more people to experience the beauty and culture of this stunning destination.

During our stay, our group enjoyed the luxurious accommodations of a beautiful mansion villa that provided both style and comfort, serving as our private oasis. We indulged in catered traditional Mexican cuisine, reveling in delightful flavors while sharing stories and laughter around the dining table. One of the highlights was witnessing a breathtaking sunset on a private island, where we celebrated unity and friendship while soaking in the beauty of the Caribbean sky.

Our adventures included swimming in shallow ocean pools, lounging on pristine white sand beaches, and embarking on a thrilling yacht cruise along the stunning coastline. We also had the chance to explore local attractions, such as the ancient ruins of Tulum and the vibrant Fifth Avenue shopping district. This trip was the ultimate way to experience Playa del Carmen in style and comfort, leaving each traveler with unforgettable memories and a desire for future adventures together.
